How To Delete Your Account By Yourself

In compliance with the Google Play Store standards, we have made it possible for our users to delete their personal data/accounts all by themselves within the app in just a few taps.

1. Click on the menu bar on the top left corner (appears as 3 horizontal lines)

2. Click on the settings option.

3. On the options that appear, select Delete account

4. If your reasons for considering the deletion of the account are centered around technical issues, please be sure to tap on the SUPPORT tab to get connected to our Technical Support Team And find out how best they can assist you.

How to delete your account via the contact us portal

If the options above are not possible for you for any reason, you could send us a request to delete your account for you through the contact information below, and your account will be deleted within 48 business hours
