The business started off as an informal mechanical repair business after the director had been a part of the growing statistics of the unemployed youth in South Africa for over 5 years. The company began building traction around 2006 and it was imperative for a much bigger space as the business was repairing more cars on a daily basis so a house was purchased and converted into a workshop and 3 more assistants were employed.

In 2010, All-in-1 was founded. By now the business had opened a call centre for towing and roadside assistance and employed more than 18 personnel comprising of drivers, agents, mechanics and management.
